  • This Privacy Policy describes how our video generation mobile application (“App”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using our App, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Authentication Information

  • We collect information only through Apple ID and Google authentication. We do not collect or store your email address directly, except when you request account deletion through email verification.

2.2 User-Submitted Images

  • When you upload images to generate videos, we do not store these images. Images are forwarded directly to Runware API for processing purposes only. Once the video generation process is complete, images are not retained on our servers.

2.3 Video Content

  • Generated videos are not stored on our servers. They are hosted and retained on third-party AI API servers (such as Runware). On our side, we only store the URLs that point to these generated videos and images—we do not store the actual media files themselves.

2.4 Account and Credit Information

  • We collect and maintain records of your account information, including your authentication credentials (Apple ID or Google ID), credit balance, and transaction history for billing and service provision purposes.

2.5 How We Collect and Use Your Media Data

  • When you use our App, we receive images and videos that you upload or generate. We use this data solely to provide the video generation service. Importantly: we never store your images or videos on our servers. Your media is only transferred to our processing partners (such as Runware API) for the purpose of generating your requested content. Once the transfer and processing are complete, your media does not remain on our infrastructure. We operate on a transfer-only model—your images and videos flow through our systems but are not retained.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Delivery

  • Processing image uploads and forwarding them to Runware API for video generation.
  • Managing your credit account and tracking credit usage.
  • Providing access to generated videos via URLs; the actual media files are hosted on third-party AI API servers.

3.2 Account Management

  • Maintaining your account and authentication records.
  • Processing account deletion requests verified through email.

3.3 Service Improvement

  • Monitoring system performance and reliability.
  • Preventing fraud and misuse of the credit system.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1 Images

  • User-submitted images are not stored on our servers. They are transmitted directly to Runware API and are not retained after processing.

4.2 Videos

  • Generated videos are not stored on our servers. They are held on third-party AI API infrastructure. We retain only the URLs of generated videos and images so that you can access your content; the actual media files remain on the API provider's servers. Please refer to the respective AI API provider's privacy policy for their data retention practices.

4.3 Account Data

  • Account information and credit history are retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is removed in accordance with our data retention policies.

5. Credit System and Refunds

5.1 Credit Usage

  • Our App operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Credits cannot be transferred and have no monetary value.

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not accepted once credits have been used or purchased. Because credits may be partially or fully consumed, we cannot process refunds after purchase.

5.3 Fraud Prevention

  • If we detect that a user has obtained a refund for previously used credits, we reserve the right to reduce the user's credit balance to reflect the unauthorized refund. The account balance may go negative as a result of this fraud detection measure.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Third-Party Sharing – Runware API

  • Our app uses Runware APIs for video generation. Images you upload are transmitted to Runware API for processing. Generated videos may be stored on Runware's infrastructure. Please review Runware's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.

6.2 Data Protection Commitment

  • Data shared with Runware is not used for model training. Your media is protected in accordance with Moviegen's security standards. Enterprise API agreements typically exclude user data from training purposes; we recommend reviewing Runware's data privacy terms for full details.

6.3 Apple and Google Authentication

  • Authentication is provided by Apple and Google. Your login information is managed by these services according to their respective privacy policies.

7. Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your account information and credit balance. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

8. Account Deletion

8.1 How to Delete Your Account

  • You can request account deletion through our in-app email verification process. An email verification link will be sent to confirm your identity.

8.2 What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your account and all associated authentication records are permanently deleted.
  • Your unused credit balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
  • The URLs we store for your generated videos and images are removed. The actual media files on third-party AI API servers are subject to the API provider's retention policy.
  • If your account has a negative credit balance due to fraud detection, this record is maintained for our records.

9. Your Rights

  • Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • The right to withdraw consent for data processing.
  • To exercise these rights, please contact us through the in-app support mechanism.

10. Children's Privacy

  • Our App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
